Responsibility
This Position is responsible for developing and managing engineering programs that support Company China product development.
1. Responsible for the cost, schedule, launch, and technical performance of product development.
2. Directs all phases of program(s) from inception through completion.
3. Organizes interdepartmental activities ensuring completion of the program on schedule and within budget constraints.
4. Develops and coordinates program plans to meet business needs; is responsible for schedule, cost control, applicable program support, and cross-departmental collaboration.
5. Coordinates and participates in technology project reviews. Coordinates proposal preparation, estimation of product costs; establishing milestones and monitoring adherence to program master plans, and cost estimates; establishing program baseline budget.
6. Participates with business strategy teams and ensures viable technologies are being pursued. Oversees the development of relevant technology, reduce it to practice, plans for future Product Center requirements.
7. Exhibit excellent communication skills and interpersonal skills to represent PCTC and interface with global Company teams
Requirement
1. Bachelors Degree in Computer Science or Electrical Engineering.
2. 4 ¨C 6 years experience with technical programs; 2 ¨C 3 years direct experience in leading, organizing and executing projects or programs.
3. Program Management certification and demonstrated successful program management skills.
4. Excellent English, both in spoken and written.
5. Good communication skill, ability to work across functions.
6. Advanced degree in business or technical discipline is a plus.
7. Technical knowledge of video conferencing is a plus.
