Module Team Training Leaders

The Module Team Training Leader provides support services to the factory module teams, enabling the factory to achieve performance excellence goals in equipment maintenance and operations. The MTTL works with a factory module team of technicians, engineers, and operations managers to identify training targets and drive plans to meet these goals. The team also provides the training infrastructure to support the factory: certifications, reporting, training materials, peer trainer support, gap analyses, vendor training forecasting and enrollment, and performance assessments. Additional responsibilities include identifying and implementing innovative training solutions to factory-wide training efforts.
Responsibilities include:
- Partner with the engineering and manufacturing groups to identify the critical factory support needs and timelines; requires flexibility to work across shifts when necessary
- Implement assessment processes to validate performance capabilities of the workforce
- Implementation of certification collateral, such as packages and cert tracking
- Work with module to identify training goals, track progress to these goals, and identify action plans to address gaps
- Report out module team training progress and action plans to factory management
- Identify innovative, high-quality, cost effective solutions for building equipment skills
- Establish and maintain network with TMGT and other factory counterparts to identify and implement best known methods and plan-of-record systems
Requirements
- Candidates should have extensive experience with technician training, training or human resource strategy development
- Familiarity with factory training systems and processes is a distinct advantage
- Project Management: experience managing complex, multi-faceted programs successfully, meeting time commitments and budget constraints; familiarity with Intel¡¯s budget and plan processes; ability to make appropriate tradeoffs between competing priorities; ability to enlist commitment and assistance from sources outside of the organization.
- Demonstrated ability to collect and effectively analyze data, make data-based decisions, and effectively communicate with data.
- Experience with factory startups is essential; 300mm experience preferred.
- Excellent customer orientation: experience establishing productive customer partnerships, ability to align to the business needs of the customer, excellent communication skills.\
- Must be able to communicate effectively in both Mandarin and English, both verbal and written.
- Most importantly, the successful candidate will have a demonstrated passion towards innovation and risk-taking in order to achieve outstanding results.
- Education: Bachelor¡¯s degree in Business or Engineering discipline, or equivalent relevant experience.
Training Project Managers

RESPONSIBILITIES
The Training Project Manager will assume ownership of a key area of expertise to assist in the development of a highly-performing workforce and create critical capacity to achieve the goals and objectives of the overall organization. This is a highly visible position with opportunity for development and advancement.
Specific Duties:
- Lead the assessment of training needs and opportunities within a specific area of expertise including the identification of key training audiences and partners. Areas include, but are not limited to: Automation/Operations, Safety, Contract Employees, Equipment/Maintenance, and Language training.
- Develop and implement a training and development strategy which creates capacity and high level of performance within the organization.
- Implement performance evaluation processes to determine success of program and ensure alignment to the plant mission and goals.
- Coordinate the development, publication and updating of multilingual training tools and materials.
- Establish and maintain network with worldwide factory partners to identify and implement best known methods and plan-of-record systems
REQUIREMENTS:
- Have at least 2 years of experience as a program/project manager; experience with training or performance initiatives is ideal.
- Be output and service driven with a proven ability to deliver products in a demanding, dynamic, multicultural, multilingual, and multi-stakeholder environment.
- Have experience assessing and interpreting business and translating these quickly into appropriate training tools, materials and curricula for specific target audiences.
- Have excellent inter-personal and communication skills to foster and motivate a broad range of partners and collaborators.
- Excellent analytical and problem solving skills.
- Be dynamic, self-motivated and highly innovative.
- Excellent communications skills. Must be able to communicate with data and make effective presentations. Must have a proficient command of the English language, both oral and written.
- Education: Master¡¯s degree in Business, Education, Communications, or related area. Extensive related business experience may substitute for advanced degree.
