Responsibilities include:
 • Prime and ownership of the System Integration to ensure all modules and S/W within the BTS products perform functionally while complying with Performance, Legal and Industry Standards.
• Prime and ownership of CDMA Lifecycle BTS Unified Test Plan (UTP) and development.
• Interact with other teams including RF System group, Radio Algorithms, Safety and Regulatory groups, S/W groups, Product Integrity Product Test groups and others to ensure BTS achieves required results to meet program and product expectations.
• Responsible to plan overall program test scope to ensure validation requirements are met on DCR and Lifecycle projects.
• Work and interact with Project Management teams to ensure program deliverables are met through complete validation scope, handling of 3rd party labs, material management, identification and generation of issues though Clarify tool and oversee validation of resolution activities.
• Test planning, test case creation & system level test plan execution on end to end CDMA voice and data network.
• Input into NPI system design through close interactions with design teams
• Interactions with all R&D teams including product line management, customer service, systems engineering and VO
• End-to-End product and performance evaluation
 
Skills/Qualifications:
B.Sc. in Electrical Engineering. Preference given to M.Sc.
Experience with software/hardware interface design.

9.      Programmable Logic Solution Manager
A Manager is required to lead a group of FPGA design engineers responsible for design of hardware for Company's hardware products across all lines of business.
 
Primary responsibilities of this position include providing people management and technical leadership to a team of FPGA design engineers providing sustaining and cost reduction support of new and existing hardware Product Portfolios.  The role includes the performance management of personnel, the creation and maintenance of detailed budgets and design estimates, and the creation and maintenance of Microsoft Project plans for developments within the group.
 
The successful candidate must work effectively as part of a multi-site development team with other managers in Canada and the United States, and good written and oral English Language Skills is essential.  This position will give you a high degree of visibility and the opportunity to develop and demonstrate your people and technical leadership skills as well as influencing the lifecycle of Company Products.
 
 
Qualifications:
 
Bachelors Degree or higher in Electrical Engineering or equivalent related degree.
 
- Two or more years of successful telecom-related Hardware Design Management experience in FPGA design. This experience should have included end-to-end delivery in a time-to-market environment, as well as a solid understanding of the product lifecycle process as well as the hardware development process. 
- Direct experience dealing with manufacturer Product Introduction teams and facilities.
- Direct experience dealing with product Root Cause Analysis in the lab for manufacturing and field support.
- Previous experience dealing with external suppliers and OEMs is a must.
- High degree of familiarity with board and FPGA design tools.

11.  CEMS Software Designer
Role and Responsibilities 
Responsible for CDMA Access OAM development (Design phase 0 - 3 to CuR) in each release (currently NBSS R17.0). Major deliverables include HLD, DD, Code, UTP, DT, DI,etc.
  • Analyze functional requirements and design solution creatively leveraging existing OAM software.
  • Provide development estimates for release planning and activity planning.
  • Implement and unit test software components.
  • Work with multiple site architects, release tech leads, domain leads, feature primes toward release deliverables.
  • Be committed to the quality delivery of OAM products doing whatever it takes.
  • Maintenance of C-EMS previous release (pre-R17.0).
  • Provide support of developed products through out the release cycle, including customer site case support.
Skills & Knowledge Required
Major:
  • Java and OOAD.
  • Good analytical and problem solving skills.
  • Common software development process knowledge.
  • Experience in all deliverables in software development process from high level design, functional spec, detail design, coding, and unit test plan.
  • Good English language comprehension in both oral and writing.
  • Appropriate interpersonal skills to work in a team environment.
Nice to have:
  • Knowledge of wireless network (CDMA) and Company CDMA Access product.
  • Knowledge of telecom management network (TMN) and OAM.
  • Experience in Company MDM or Passport OAM development.
  • Solaris developing environment experience.
  • UML development tool experience (Rational Rose for example)
  • Source control software experience (clearcase based: NEU, etc)
Qualifications
     University degree in Computer Science or Engineering or related fields
12.  G/U OAM integration engineer
Job Purpose:
WNMS is an OAM Software Product for Company GSM/UMTS core network devices. This position is located at design integration team, and responsible for WNMS Integration & Integration Test.
Duties:
*    Be responsible for WNMS integration test with verification tasks on functionality features, Install/Upgrade, system robustness, etc. the detailed responsibilities include TP/TC development, testing scripts  writing, executing detailed tests, issue investigating & CR tracking, CR re-testing, etc. 
*   Work with the team to make sure the delivery of WNMS product on time with high quality 
*   Candidates will have opportunity to learn and expand the knowledge/skills about OAM Integration/ PV and the Company G/U products.  
*   Work with manager or Quality Prime to improve product verification quality
Skills/Qualifications:
Bachelor degree or above in Telecommunication or Computer Engineering/sciences  
*          Software verification experience, knowledge of Black Box Testing, Software Development & Verification Processes.
*          General OAM knowledge 
*          Experiences on OS knowledge (UNIX, Solaris, Linux)  
*          Excellent communication skills  (oral and written) in English  
*          Good  trouble-shooting skill  
*          Teamwork
