Site Space Planner

? Typical Scope of Work: This position is responsible for driving analysis and optimization solutions in support of the Corp. Services Site¡¯s mission - ¡°Provide the right space, at the right time, at the right cost.¡± This position will report to the Corp. Services Site Strategic Space Planning Manager and work closely with local Business Groups, Corp. Real Estate, the Region Strategic Planner, Site Tactical Planners, Site Corp. Service¡¯s facility management and other departments, as required.
? Responsibilities: leading the planning, coordination and execution of a variety of Site-wide projects (program definition/management of Site strategic facility, growth management and growth assessment/positioning plans); whole site layout planning, and act as a consultant to Corp. Business Groups, Site Corp. Services staff and tactical planners.
? Critical Skills: developing and analyzing space plans, alternatives and making recommendations. Ability to anticipate Site impacts of implementing Corp. standards/programs. Moderate financial modeling skills required. Additional critical skills required are: leadership, customer/results orientation, discipline and ability to establish, build and maintain business relationships. Must have strong verbal, written and organization skills and ability to "influence"/resolve issues at various levels of management, including site staff level.
? Technical Skills: moderate capabilities in Excel, Word, PowerPoint, etc.; ability to integrate databases, visualization applications, what-if models; excellent presentation and documentation skills required to clearly and succinctly communicate ideas using visualization tools, meaningful charts and graphics.
? Education: Bachelor's Degree/4+ yrs, or Master's Degree/3+ yrs
? Desired Experience: Site strategic space planning or equivalent analysis work for a related industry firm, consulting firm, or property owner and/or project/program management experience; need familiarity with all aspects of corporate and field office environment, including planning, real estate acquisition, design, construction management and operations.
