Senior Field Marketing Manager

Responsibilities:
- Developing the field marketing (i.e. B2B marketing facing advertisers) plan for China.
- Managing field marketing strategies and contributing to product positioning, deployment and sales training.
- Developing and managing all components of field marketing campaigns and collateral.
- Planning and staging events, seminars, and speaking and educational opportunities that align with sales and Company's overall business strategies.
- Measuring ROI on marketing expenditures.
- Managing data to provide advertisers with valuable insights for their marketing plans.
- Acting as the quantitative and qualitative research and data center, working with 3rd parties.
- Creating and maintaining competitive and market knowledge.
- Delivering custom and strategic presentations at the different levels in organizations.
Requirements:
- Highly rated BA/BS degree from top university, MBA a plus.
- Fluency in Chinese and sound understanding of the Chinese SME and advertising business environment is a must.
- Ideal candidate will have significant 5+ years experience in B2B marketing, online marketing, product marketing, marketing program management, advertising agency, market research or consulting in China.
- Strong analytical skills and passion for analyzing products, companies and market dynamics.
- Strong aptitude for determining the optimal way to position products in the market, in an organization and along a buy cycle.
- Demonstrated capacity for developing marketing strategies in a B2B environment.
- Expertise supporting and enabling a direct sales organization.
- Outstanding written and oral communication skills, outstanding presentation skills.
- Proven ability to manage multiple projects in a dynamic environment.
- Strong interpersonal skills, ability to work with and manage cross-functional teams.
- Understanding of the search and online advertising market.
- Understanding of Company's strategic and competitive position.
