someone

who is excited to provide the optimal client service experience to our

advertisers. Use your passion for the Internet and providing amazing

customer

service to manage AdWords advertisers' online accounts. The AdWords

Coordinator will join a team of dedicated individuals and should be

extremely

proactive, organized, and responsible.

 

Responsibilities include:

 

?   Provide excellent customer service to Company's advertisers.

?   Respond to customer service inquiries by email, Chat and Phone.

?   Troubleshoot existing advertising campaigns and technical problems.

?   Optimize advertiser keyword lists and ads in order to maximize

advertisers' ROI.

?   Consistently monitor service level, customer feedback and satisfaction.

?   Opportunities to work on special projects, as needed.

 

Requirements:

 

?   Native (written and spoken) in Chinese language

?   Detail oriented; ability to complete a large volume of work quickly.

?   Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

 ?   Client service experience preferred.

?   Related experience at an Internet company.

?   BA/BS or equivalent experience.

?   Strong computer applications skills.

?   Advertising operations experience preferred
