Program Manager, Sales Operations

The company is looking for strong leaders who can take charge of high-performing teams in our sales operations group. Our group needs leaders with flexibility, management experience, and outstanding decision-making skills. This role requires direct management over highly skilled client service and sales operations associates. Adwords Program Manager - Online Sales and Operations drive key components of company's revenue-generating businesses, and thus must be able to use quantitative skills to make strategic decisions. In this fast-growing environment, Adwords Program Manager must also exercise extraordinary judgment as key stakeholders in our hiring process. Strong candidates should be extremely proactive, motivated, organized, responsible, and should work well within a fast-paced group.
Responsibilities:
- Provide functional strategy for business growth opportunities and new products.
- Facilitate and lead best practice sharing and collaboration among the field.
- Increase effectiveness of sales team by recognizing opportunities for improvement and proactively creating new systems and structures.
- Develop metrics to measure growth and performance of the department, and provide reports as needed.
- Roll-up field's needs and concerns to sales management.
- Develop productivity analysis, drive programs for continuous improvement, develop organization al efficiency.
- Work with marketing team to develop, execute, and optimize the marketing plan, which can lead to direct acquisition, retention result, and with ROI.
- Work with training teams to identify training needs of field and assist in development of training programs.
- Drive function-related strategic projects; manage and drive cross functional projects; lead key online program.
- Coordinate and become driving force with US functional teams for online key initiative smooth execution.
Requirements:
- BA/BS from a leading undergraduate institution and a top academic performer, MBA is strongly preferred.
- 6+ years of program, project management, and business development experience.
- Proven track record of success in previous work experiences. Direct management experience strongly preferred.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- High energy and flexible, able to succeed in a fast paced, constantly evolving environment.
