 Description 

 Job Description: Plans and/or manages technical programs or projects to meet specific business and project  objectives and/or goals. Provides leadership for the project team and key interfaces to the project or program. Works on problems and/or tasks in delivery of a specific product or service. Identify tasks, determine dependencies, identify and assign specific resources, communicate expectations to team members, obtain task effort and duration estimates from team members, and create and/or track the project schedule. Assess risk and identify issues. Monitor progress against schedule. Coordinate resources with other functions. Review user and technical requirements for completeness and clarity. Requires thorough knowledge of business practices and procedures in order to perform non repetitive, analytical work. Provide solutions to a wide range of difficult problems. Interfacing with external 3rd party vendors and ability to influence their deliverables. 

  Qualifications 

 You should possess a Bachelor of Science degree and/or a Bachelor of Arts degree with a minimum of seven years of industry relevant project management experience or  a Master of Science degree and/or an M.B.A. with minimum five years of industry relevant experience. Additional qualifications include:

- Exhibit strong leadership, communications and interpersonal skills dealing with customers and suppliers from engineering to executive level

- Excellent insight and knowledge with Original Equipment Manufacturer (OEM), Original Design Manufacturer (ODM) and supplier relations

- Ability to work independently and influence internal teams and customer product development direction

- Familiarity with project management tools such as Microsoft Project, Primavera P6, or others

- Ability to work with cross-functional and cross-geography teams

- Fluent in English and Mandarin

- Good written communications in Chinese and English

- Ability to freely travel to PRC, Taiwan, and other APAC regions would be an added advantage

- Familiarity with Project Management concepts and toolkits such as Gantt Charts, Critical Path Analysis, PERT, The Ansoff Matrix, Risk Management, Project Dashboards, RACI would be an added advantage
