Software design manager(OAM)

Primary Role and Responsibilities
- Manage a team of 10+ designers
- Lead a team to develop and support Company W-NMS and CNM products
- Deliver Core OAM product on time with high quality
- Work with peer teams to improve Core OAM product quality, design support response time
Mandatory Skills
- Good people management skills and ability to work under pressure
- Experiences on project execution, planning, software development, testing, reporting
- Experiences on people management in recruiting, coaching
- Knowledge of Quality management
- Excellent communication skills in both English and Chinese
- Java or C/C++ development knowledge
- Motivated, demonstrated initiative and display of a can-do attitude
Optional Skills
- Wireless (UMTS, CDMA, GSM) or Wireline software development experience
- Experience or background in development of OAM or OSS systems
- Object oriented analysis of large software systems
Education /Working Experience:
- Bachelor Degree or higher in Engineering, Science or equivalent field
