junior software engineer(VSX)

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS£¨Include special duties and responsibilities£©
The company is extending its R&D activities in China. At this position, you will be part of a global team and work side by side with design teams in US. You will gain access to Company technologies and contribute to video endpoint products. We will start from developing new features for existing products like VSX. As we build up this virtual team, more responsibilities will be given. You will work with senior engineers with oversea track of records at companies like Company, NorTel, and Microsoft.
QUALIFICATIONS(Include education, technical expertise, skills and experience required)
1. Master's degree in computer science or highly related field
2. 1-2 years software development experience with C/C++
3. familiar with networked devices and TCP/IP protocol stack
4. willingness to work across software layers and learn many different tools and technologies
5. ready to make commitments and have "can do" attitude
6. good English skills
7. good interpersonal skills
