The position is for Program Manager (PM) with the Enterprise Platforms and Server Division (EPSD) based at the Company ZhiZhu site. In this position, you will be managing all aspects of the product from production release to end of life of server boards, chassis and systems. Your responsibilities will include but not be limited to:
- Responsible for facilitating product teams across different geographies to drive issue resolution and engineering change management on server platforms
- Providing guidance on engineering change management to suppliers and outsource partners
- Responsible for schedule, Engineering Change Management (ECOs), drive cost reductions, identify tasks and show stoppers, determine dependencies, identify and assign specific resources

 

 

You should possess a Bachelor of Science degree with two to three years of experience in program management. Additional qualifications include:
- Demonstrated experience in working challenging and complex issues
- Proven ability to facilitate communications, influence others, and drive resolution of issues with cross functional teams
- Self starter with the ability to work independently
- Strong organizational skills, time management, attention to detail, and ability to prioritize
- Experience in leading and providing direction to others
- Fluent in English and Chinese (Mandarin would be an added advantage) both verbal and written
- An understanding of engineering change management processes would be an added advantage
- Familiarity with SPEED (or other database management tools) and knowledge of Bill of Materials (BOM) structure would be an added advantage
- Experience with servers, computer components, and manufacturing environments would be an added advantage
