Software engineer(Public safety)

Technical Skills:
- BS in Computer Science required, MS preferred.
- Excellent programming skills in C++.
- Good knowledge of .NET framework and C# programming.
- Experienced on Windows Programming.
- Familiar with Microsoft SQL Server.
- Object Oriented Analysis and Design skills.
- Knowledge of SIP, SDP, ISUP and VoIP is a plus.
- Understanding of wireless data communications concepts and protocols.
- Strong software skills and demonstrated software debugging skills.
- Must be a team player and able to work in an extremely fast pace, high-pressure environment.
- Good communication skills and social abilities.
- Fluent in oral & written English.
Responsibilities & Main Tasks:
- Design and develop public safety software.
- Review and document software design.
- Perform unit, component and integration tests on software.
- Write implementation proposal, test plans, etc.
- Interface with systems engineers from other countries to understand the requirements.
