In this position, you will be responsible for all logistics related responsibilities as related to supporting Fab68 operations in terms of inbound equipment, inbound materials, outbound wafers, outbound miscellaneous shipments, Wafer Shipping Warehouse, Dalian Site Traffic Operations, Dalian Hazardous Materials transportation and others. Your responsibilities will include but not be limited to:
- Owning customs, CCIB and other government agency relationship and needs to ensure Company complies with all Dalian and China government rules and declare imports and exports in an accurate manner
- Reporting directly to Greater China Logistics Manager and matrix report to Fab68 General Manager
- Participating in country, regional and worldwide level Logistics projects and VF activities'
- Responsible for the organizational development, people management and development of the Dalian Logistics Department, the annual budgeting, safety operations, freight cost management, participation in transportation contracting and contract management and others
