As a Senior Developer Algorithm Design, you will be responsible for algorithm design in radio base station, focusing on but not limited to the following areas:

- Digital Pre-distortion, or PA linearization

- Crest Factor Reduction

- Wideband TRx Equalization

- Baseband Beamforming

- Antenna Calibration

- etc.

 

These algorithms will be used in radio products and contribute to the network evolution into 5G.

In day-to-day work you will be part of the System & Technology team, to analyze product/customer requirements, define product architecture, research and propose new solutions, design/simulate/implement algorithms.

 

- 5+ years' experience in wireless communication as recognized expert, with good business understanding. M.Sc. or above.

- Excellent knowledge and experience of algorithm design in one or more of the following areas (but not limited to):

    * Digital Pre-distortion, or PA linearization

    * Crest Factor Reduction

    * Wideband TRx Equalization

    * Baseband Beamforming

    * Antenna Calibration

    * MIMO

- Experienced of one or more of the following tools:

    * Matlab/Simulink

    * C/C++ on DSP

    * FPGA specified tools, like system generator/etc

    * Circuit simulator, like Advanced Design System or MWOffice

- Good communication both Chinese and English. Strong ability to lead a virtual team.

- Creative, proactive, with passion to win.

- Familiar with radio/digital HW design is a strong plus

- Experience with FPGA implementation is a strong plus
