To provide effective and efficient product and test technical support for New Product Introduction, Transfer Product Introduction as well as in-house volume production, in terms of product failure analysis, internal/external claim analysis, FRAG (Failure Rate Analysis Group) activities and continuous improvement and innovation activities, so as to improve product performance and product test yield.

为新产品引入，转移产品引入和内部量产提供有效果和效率的技术支持，在产品故障分析、内部/外部索偿分析，和FRAG（故障率分析小组）事项方面持续改进和创新，从而提高产品的性能和产品测试合格率。

 

•       Act as owner of radio product (LTE, WCDMA & GSM) knowledge and troubleshooting/repair competence in Production/Supply and act as technical bridge between product R&D and Production/Supply.

在生产/供应链端作为无线产品（LTE, WCDMA, GSM）知识和问题解决/修复能力的所有者，同时作为研发和生产/供应链之间的技术桥梁。

•      Provide design & manufacturing related technical support to NPI (New Product Introduction),TPI (Transfer Product Introduction), in-house volume production, other Company Supply Sites and EMS (Electronic Manufacturing Service).

为NPI, TPI, 量产和公司其他供应中心以及EMS工厂提供设计和制造相关的技术支持。

•       Provide training & technical support to repair centers in Company globally.

为公司全球的修理中心提供培训和技术支持。

•       Lead the failure analysis for products failed in-house production, on customer side and in manufacturing process.

负责内部生产、客户端和制造工艺中的失效产品的故障分析。

•       Be the key member of FRAG (Failure Rate Analysis Group) to drive the failure analysis and find the technical root cause and/or solutions of critical issues

作为FRAG（故障率分析小组）的主要成员，推进故障分析并找出技术相关根本原因和关键问题的解决方案。

•       Contact PDU (Product Design Unit) closely to report critical hardware problems found in production, site or EMS and work with PDU to provide solutions.

与PDU（产品设计单元）保持紧密联系，汇报在生产中心或EMS工厂在生产过程中发现的关键的硬件问题，并和PDU协同提供解决方案。

•       Instruct and certify trouble shooters and provide technical support if needed.

指导和认证故障检修员，在需要时提供技术支持。

•       Support product quality improvement with the close collaboration with Production Quality Engineer, Product Quality Leader, Customer Quality Manager and Supplier Quality Engineer.

与生产质量工程师，产品质量负责人，客户质量经理和供应商质量工程师保持密切合作，为产品质量改进提供支持。

•       Work on the implementation of Change Request and product verification; be responsible for verification report with input from relevant functions.

负责产品变更和产品验证的实施；负责根据相关部门提供的信息完成验证报告。

•       Drive continuous improvement and innovation in product and test from Production/Supply side.

从生产和供应链端推动产品和测试技术的改进与创新

•       Collaborate with PDU (Product Design Unit) to perform reliability test to improve product robustness

与PDU（产品设计单位）合作，进行产品可靠性试验，以提高产品的稳定性。

•       Fulfill Design Verification Test, elaboration test of filter or other technical/quality support based on PDU assignments

基于PDU的安排，实现产品设计验证测试、滤波器精密测试以及其他技术、质量方面的支持。

 

•       University degree in Electronics/Electrical Engineering, Telecommunication or equivalent

电气/电子工程、通信或相关专业本科毕业

•       Comprehensive understanding of RF and RF design. RF design experience will be nice plus.

对RF与RF设计有全面的了解，有RF设计经验者优先

•       A minimum of two years working experience at least in one of following areas such as Transceiver, Antenna, Filter or Power Amplifier

在收发器、天线、滤波器或功率放大器等至少一个领域有两年及以上工作经验

•       Proficient with operation of RF instruments such as signal generator, vector network analyzer, spectrum analyzer and power meter etc.

熟练操作RF仪器，如信号发生器，矢量网络分析仪，频谱分析仪和功率计等

•       Fluent oral and written communications in both Chinese and English

流利的中、英文口头和书面交流能力

•       Proven good record of accountability, open mind, learning capacity, team working spirit and problem solving attitude
