Ensuring that Construction Projects in Company premises in MR APAC meet end user needs as defined by Group, Multi-Region and Business Unit/Region leadership. Align regional or local strategies/operation/business and REFM activities within construction projects. Actively work with Company partners, suppliers, customers and internal organizations to secure Company has the most productive and cost efficient premises in the industry.

 

•       Align Construction projects practices with Business, Multi Region APAc and Group REFM strategy

•       Execute/manage capital projects and coordinate with internal function team as end user, IT, Security, HR, sourcing, Group REFM and others.

•       Ensure construction project delivery in accordance with corporate framework and local business needs

•       Effectively apply Company methodology and enforce project standards and quality.

•       Manage overall finance and cost control for construction projects across MR APAC

•       Coordinate APAC REFM activities/programs

•       Develop short and long term regional BPM strategy, incl suppliers to support overall MR APAC REFM objectives

•       Experience of construction industry in multiple APAC region countries

•       Other languages
