Software Manager, NDO IP OS Manager

Description
We are looking for an experienced manager. As one manager of IP OS SW development team within NDO IP OS£¬ you will lead a software engineer team responsible for IP software development. All work is carried out in Xft:s (cross functional teams) with E2E responsibility for the feature development.
As part of PDU IP OS organization that is headquartered in San Jose, California, NDO IP OS Beijing is responsible for delivering IP Operating System Platforms (IPOS) and Company Routing Suite (ERS) as common IP Software to various Company products. Our development is very important to keep Company IP products success.
Your work will include
¡¤ Leading software teams responsible for software development of features on IPOS
¡¤ To recruit, develop and manage competence and performance of the team
¡¤ To coach and support software engineers for development
¡¤ Driving quality, productivity and predictability
¡¤ Driving high quality ways of working and continuous improvements
¡¤ Driving one Company approach, and a good team spirit also in difficult times
¡¤ Driving effective collaboration with teams from different countries for project success
¡¤ Contribution to NDO IP OS Leadership Team and overall NDO goals
Qualifications
¡¤ Master of Science or equivalent
¡¤ Strong experience in Software engineering, product development in parallel with a thorough understanding of telecom and IP Software
¡¤ At least 5 years in SW development leading positions
¡¤ Agile and Lean team leading experience
¡¤ Can generate energy and has a passion to win
¡¤ Strong push for excellence
¡¤ Proactive, self-motivated and able to work under pressure
¡¤ Excellent communication skills as well as in written and spoken English
¡¤ Excellent collaboration skills and ability to influence others
