Learning Service Program Manager

Key Responsibilities:
• Heads the Learning solution delivery, until the complete fulfillment of the contract, ensuring the continuity from presales to delivery, actively seeking to improve top and bottom lines with due consideration to Customer satisfaction and Company¡¯s business objectives since these programs often have visible impact on the Business Unit and corporate results.
• Building a strong Customer Relationship, Presence at customer site, becoming a sort of Company ¡°agent¡± at the customer premise to increase the customer¡¯s trust in Company as a system integrator.
• Driving up-sales opportunities.
• Coaching the team, to interact with them and to support them in their professional growth, and to identify and recognize talents.
• Supporting asset and organizational set-up and growth; a main contributor to the Professional Service culture growth, delivery methodology fine-tuning as well as harvesting the best practices from the programs driven.
• Supports the Engagement Manager and KAM with extensive Telecom and Services knowledge.
As our ideal candidate, you should have:
• A proven track of successful learning delivery project.
• The candidate should have excellent communication skills and is able to build a strong Customer Relationship.
• Should have a strong background in any CSI Company product domain (BSS / OSS / IP / IT) he/she is assigned to as well as Telco industry acumen and strong understanding of Telco Business Processes and complex organizations. Project Management experience with Company is preferred.
• Has deep exposure on solution shaping and in-sales activities (Statement of Work, estimation tools, contractual negotiation, scope refinement), as well as scope and change request management.
• The candidate should have a strong background in one or (preferably) more of the following technology / skills related to custom applications: Microsoft, Java Open Source, EAI, Portal & Embedded, Mobility & Emerging Technology, App Platform service.
• Understanding of Resource mobilization, due diligence, knowledge transfer, KPI / SLA baselining.
• Understanding of Release Management, Change Management, SLA Management, Continuous services management, Productivity baselining and improvements.
