Security Operational Manager

Responsibilities:
l Ensure that Company security directives and guidelines are implemented and complemented by local security instructions.
l Manage security incidents and investigations.
l Together with different site management team¡¯s initiate, setup and lead security governance management boards and crisis management teams.
l Perform security assessments and audits.
l Assess the risk level on each site and conduct site visits on regular basis.
l Provide Business Continuity Management (BCM) subject matter expertise and support local implementation and maintenance activities.
l Assist in due diligence processes to perform risk assessments of vendors and partners, when requested.
l Support the service delivery and sales teams with security related expertese when requested.
l Monitor and follow up security installations/solutions in building and reconstruction projects.
l Perform security awareness and crisis management training.
l Create a "security culture" and security awareness among all employees in the organization.
Interfaces:
You will cooperate and work closely with different management teams in the business and work closely with colleagues from Facility management, IT, HR and communications departments.
Qualifications:
We are looking for a highly motivated and result oriented person with following trainings, skills and experiences:
l Fluently English in speaking and written.
l Good communication and influencing skills.
l Strong self control skills, ability to work both independently and as member of a team.
l Cooperative, concerned, diplomatic, and unassuming approach to solving security related problems.
l IS/IT competence
l Knowledge of ISO/IEC 2700, ISO 22301 or any other security related standards.
l Experience and training in one of the following areas: Information security, physical security , personal security, business continuity management, crisis management, security investigations, audit and risk assessments.
