Job Summary
We are looking for a HR Delivery Manager to manage the delivery of cost-efficient and high-quality HR services within an agreed Service Management Framework.
Reporting Line: Report to Head of Shared Service Beijing
Roles and Responsibilities:
1. Local Delivery: Lead team to deliver on-site/off-site services to employees in Greater China, including but not limited to onboarding/exit formality, certificate proofing and employee files management; Establish or align working process across locations to achieve the legal compliance and operation efficiency.
2. HR Vendor Management. Manage the vendor delivery quality, integrate vendor process into Company HR system and ways of working, handle complaints and feedback regarding vendor services and collaborate Sourcing department in vendor selection and service performance review to achieve the professionalism and efficiency of service outsourcing in HR operation area.
3. Legal compliance. Understand and fulfill the legal requirements according to local laws and regulation by establishing and timely reviewing the working instruction, procedure and standard templates. Collaborate with HR BP and HR generalist to handle labor dispute.
4. Government liaison. Fulfill the local government requirements, including but not limited to completing government reports, handling government labor auditing and applying government license or any preferential policies/programs.
Qualifications:
1. 8 years or above HR management experiences, 3 years or above HR management experiences, preferable in Multinational Company;
2. Expertise in HR local operations, familiar with local HR laws and regulations;
3. Experience in employee relations is preferred;
4. Experience as people manager is preferred;
5. Equip with learn agility and high growth motivation;
6. Can work under high pressure and ambiguity;
7. Fluent business English in speaking, listening, reading and writing;
8. Bachelor degree or above.
