1.      Familiar with Unix/Linux

2.      At least 10,000 lines source code experience in C/C++

3.      Understanding of networking technologies and related protocols, mainly on Carrier Ethernet, IP and MPLS (at least one of them)

4.      Familiar with automation test with Perl (as a plus)

5.      Communication ability with Read and Write in English (at least CET 4)

6.      Bachelor Degree and above  (Major in CS, EE or related technical degree or equivalent work experience)

7.      Positive thinking with good working attitude

2.      Experience in SW Development of L2/L3 Ethernet Switches or Routers

3.      Familiar with automation test with Perl (as a plus)

4.      At least 50,000+ lines source code experience in C/C++

5.      Excellent understanding of below L2/L3 protocols: Ethernet, MPLS, or IP

6.      At least three years working experience in one of below items

a.      L2development (Bridging, VLAN)

b.      L3development (IPv4, IPv6, Multicast, OSPF, BGP, ISIS)

c.      MPLSdevelopment (LDP, RSVP, L2VPN, L3VPN, FRR, MBB)

7.      ExperienceonBroadcom switch chipis a plus

8.      Understanding Agile and Scrum WoW as a plus

9.      Communication ability with Read and Write in both Chinese and English (at least CET 4)

10.   Bachelor Degree and above  (Major in CS, EE or related technical degree or equivalent work experience)

11.   Positive thinking with good working attitude
