a.      Understand Company project related features in 4-5 weeks after onboard.

b.      Understand Company automation framework in 1 week, and then can modify scriptsindependently in 2 weeks after onboard.

7.      1+ years of working experience in Telecom Industry

8.      Bachelor Degree or above

f.       Run automation test and analyze test result to help designers on troubleshooting.  When automation scripts fail, can reproduce bugs with manual steps, and simplifynetwork topologyfor easier bug reproducing.

g.      Test based on risk analysis

h.      Able to summarize and improve test method

4.      Protocol, at least one of below items

a.      Working experience with L2 knowledge (Bridging, VLAN)

b.      Working experience with L3 protocols (IPv4, IPv6, Multicast, OSPF, BGP, ISIS)

c.      Working experience with MPLS (LDP, RSVP, L2VPN, L3VPN, FRR, MBB)

5.      English read and write.  Can write bug report in clear English

6.      Learning capabilities

a.      Understand Company project related featuresin 2-4 weeksafter onboard

7.      2+ years of working experience in Telecom Industry of router testing

8.      Bachelor Degree or abovewith major in Computer Science, Telecom or related majors
