RECRUITMENT SPECIALIST

GENERAL MISSION
The Recruitment Specialist contributes to implement of all the process related in Recruitment function with the aim of reaching team efficiency.
REPORTING TO: Human Resource Manager
RESPONSIBILITIES
l Implement recruitment plans aligned with business needs and company policy
l According to the requirements from the department, publish the AD on the website and screen the CV
l Do 1st round interview and make interview notes
l Do recommendation to each department with candidate report
l Arrange and follow-up the interview
l Job offer making and delivery
l Perform comprehensive research to provide extensive data analysis to improve recruitment efficiency and effectiveness
l Optimize recruiting process to reach the better practice, maintain and develop recruiting channels like campus, headhunter, job fair etc. according to business needs
l Arrange the employee enrollment issues with internal different department like IT, Admin etc¡
l CV filing and talent pool maintaining
l Assist to implement the related recruitment reports like employee turnover, budget report, O¨Cchart etc.¡
l Other mission arranged by HR Manager
REQUIREMENTS
l College degree or above, at least 5 years related experience in HR field especially in recruitment field
l Familiar with State Labor Law and all the other related laws, regulations and policies
l Service-oriented, good command in communication & team-work spirit
l High sense of responsibility, hard-working, positive, flexible & open-minded
l Good attention on details & efficient capability to handle & solve problems or difficulties
l Fluent English both in spoken & written, French speaking is a plus
l Familiar with MS office operations, such as Excel, Word, Access and PowerPoint, etc |
