·         At least 2 years’ experience in software developing with C/C++

·         Strong research background in computer vision, such as: face detection, recognition

·         Be familiar with video coding algorithm, such as h.264, svc

·         Experience working on ARM/Intel processor and assembler(NEON) optimization is a good plus

·         Good English language comprehension in both oral and written

·         Good teamwork and constantly updating technical knowledge and skills

·         Innovative research work on video face detection and recognition

·         Optimize video codec and video process algorithm on ARM, Intel CPU

·         Requirements

·         Master degree or above
