·         EE or Equivalent Engineering Specialty.

·         1+ year electronics design or test experience.

·         Strong knowledge on hardware product test method and test equipment, rich experience using test equipments, such as high-speed oscilloscope, thermal chamber, HALT chamber, etc

·         Solid background knowledge on hardware design, have the ability of doing failure analysis and troubleshooting within HQA test process.

·         Experience of schematics design and PCB layout.

·         Experience of failure data analysis and technical test report writing

·         Excellent written and oral communication skills (Mandarin and English)

·         Circumspective and patient.

 

·         Take the ownership of Hardware QA test, produce test plan, ensure HQA test schedule.

·         Perform board level hardware QA test, include SI, PI, THERMAL, and EMI etc. Also take the responsibility of compliance test, for example video/audio quality test, pcie compliance test.

·         Work closely with operation team, perform reliability tests required by Company Product Quality and Reliability Process, and involve Accelerated Life Tests, Design Maturity Test etc.

·         Highlight test failure symptoms and involve in the failure analysis.

·         Assist EE engineers on schematics and PCB layout review

·         Responsible for test equipment procurement and Lab management.
