Position Summary
As a Developer you will develop and maintain products (units, nodes, networks, systems and solutions),including development activities like requirement analysis,design,integration, verification,configuration management,PLM support,product documentation.
Responsibilities and Tasks
Work as technical leader within Radio Base Station development and maintenance projects Manage HW System Design, define HW architecture, system solutions of radio products Handle systemization of functionalities and requirements, including break down to the lower level Lead technical analysis, studies and investigations and communicate with Product Management, Production and Markets. Obtain and maintain a wide knowledge of Radio Access Network and Company products roadmap

Qualification & Competence
l Master degree or above, major in Electronic Engineering, Telecommunication or equivalent
l Excellent knowledge of Wireless Communication systems
l Strong Leadership and good communication and social skills
l Fluent in English speaking and writing
l Minimum 3 years professional experience of Radio/HW System Design or Radio Development within radio access area
l Experience of hardware design is a plus
