Job Summary
The Project & Program Sourcing Manager shall actively engage and secure Sourcing contribution in R&D projects and product management activities through early participation as well as take an end to end responsibility, endorsing Sourcing strategies, manage stakeholder business needs and manage sourcing assignments including its resource provisioning.
 
Responsibilities & Tasks:
To be effective in this role / position, the person needs to be able to*;
l   Drive stakeholder engagement
l   Early proactive engagement in R&D and Product
l   Endorse Business ideas, sourcing strategies & Preferred Suppler List
l   Securing margins by cost management and value contribution optimization
l   Handle and organize sourcing assignments in order to achieve target fulfillment
l   Secure future technical needs through sourcing strategy alignment

Minimum Qualifications & Experience Requirements:
l   Entry level position if a first degree.
l   Alternatively, equivalent theoretical background achieved through work experience and/or in any other way
l   At least 5 years of relevant experience

l   Sourcing practice, process and strategy knowledge
