Position Summary
To be responsible to design and verify IP & Broadband network solution according to Company business solution strategy and customer requirement.
Responsibilities:
l Work closely with solution system & technology global team, participate new solution pre-study and feasibility, update solution strategies
l Work closely with product management and node design organization to design the end to end solutions
l Work together with solution test team, to help solution test case design and drive improvement in solution design and verification
l Take a technical lead role in the solution design and verification project planning, establishing and execution phase
l Follow up the delivered solutions with the customer to keep informed about the life cycle evolvement of the implemented customer solution
l Be responsible to spread knowledge in team with comprehensive experience and understanding from different product areas.
l Select and propose 3rd party products/tools for the Solution scenarios.
l Be responsible for continuously keeping competence and skills up to date.

l Solid knowledge of IP, Transport Network and Packet Core Network

l Expertise in the following areas:
² MPLS: LDP, LSP, L3VPN,L2VPN,RSVP, MPLS OAM
² L3 Routing : IPv4, IPv6, OSFP, BGP, IS-IS
² Multicast: IGMP, IP multicast, MPLS multicast.
² L2: Bridging, LAG, LACP, xSTP, ERP, MEF, 802.1ag
l Experience of system design in IP & Broadband area
Minimum Qualififcation & Experience Requirements
l At least 5 years of relevant product and solution design or verification experience
l BSc level in a technical discipline or the equivalent level of knowledge
l Good English communication skills
Preferred Qualification & Experience Requirements
Additional Requirments,Phusical Demands, Region/Local Specification
l Experience of 2G, 3G CS core network is preferred
l Experience of 2G/3G radio access network is a plus
l Certificate of Cisco, Juniper, and HuaWei Datacom products is a plus
