Position Summary
Company China Access Network R&D Center is looking for Radio Integration Engineers for base station radio unit development.
Responsibilities & Tasks:
You will be response for radio unit prototype phase HW/SW design integration includes:
l Connect TRX,PA,FU prototype into radio unit and Integrate radio unit HW and SW into a working product
l Radio unit calibration, verification method and process development
l Radio unit automated test environment development
l Tuning and optimize RF performance based on HW behavior and SW algorithm
l Radio unit characterization and parameters setting
l Failure trouble shooting
l Feedback problem and propose solution to HW, SW and System designer
Position Qualification
l MS or above in Wireless Communication or equivalent
l 3 + years experience in telecommunications
l Solid knowledge of radio standards (GSM, WCDMA,CDMA and LTE)
l Solid knowledge in RBS Transceiver architecture and implementation
l Familiar with radio instruments such as spectrum analyzer, network analyzer, signal generator, etc.
l Good analytical and problem solving skills
l Good communication skills and social abilities
l Good written and spoken English
Preferred Experience on
l RBS Transceiver/Power Amplifier design or
l RBS Radio System design or
l Automatic Test development design using Matlab, VEE or Labview
Minimum Qualififcation & Experience Requirements
l BSc level in a technical discipline or the equivalent level of knowledge
l English Skills
