Describe the overall nature and purpose of the job as it exists today.

l   Overall owner of Reliability/Aging test object, manage and drive test scope, test area pre-study, test case/script development and test report, for projects to improve test efficiency, leading from test object Architect.

l   Being a self motivated Senior Verification Engineer, Responsible to make clearly and executable strategy from reliability point of view

l   Assist manager for Test Strategy formulation

l   Test case design, log analysis and troubleshooting

l   Drive KPI for Reliability/Aging DMS qualification

l   Critical Issue qualification & tracking

l   Issue Tracking/Reporting the progress status to TOL (Test Object Lead)

l   Has overall product knowledge and is able to guide both junior and senior team members.

 

1. Responsible for Reliability/Aging Validation for complete product offering, on key features & risk areas,  manage and drive test scope, pre-study, test case/script development and test report

2. Drive and manage KPI tracking/DMS QA function/scope/case update, leading issue analysis from return rate issues, leakage issues and consumer issues

3. Leading and driving Reliability test object improvement, exploring new focus area.

 

1.•Bachelor degree or above of Telecommunication with a minimum of 8 years experience in mobile communication or related industry, 5+ years of Validation test experience.

2.•Software Analysis & Design knowledge/experience is needed while also having a solid background in Software Quality & Testing.

  •In-depth understanding of 3GPP specifications.

  •Strong technical knowledge of mobile network system

3.•Be able to do pre-study of new technical requirement and predefine the test environment and test method

  •Be able to design the test specification according to the requirement with easy reading and could get satisfied quality and good coverage

  •Expert in test case design, maintain and optimization.

4.•Good communication, presentation skills with experience of cooperation with internal/external partners.
