The successful candidate will work with Development, I&V team within Beijing FDC IP NMS team, and develop the Company IP Network Management System to meet the customer's requirements as well as fulfill the business requirements

Bridge the gap between business needs and the feasibility of technical implementation

Analysis, derive and prioritise the product requirements, including both functional requirement and non-functional requirement

Provide technical governance in the software design, ensure the architectural integrity and system function together end to end

Research the industry standards and emerging technologies, bring business value to technology idea to fulfill customer need

 

More than 5 years' working experience in R&D area

Practical software design experience with the following technologies: OOAD and MDA, JEE and JSE programming, Hibernate and MySQL/PostgreSQL, SOAP, WSDS, RMI, Linux and scripts

Proved skill for software architecture design and complicated software system engineering

Company Component Based Architecture (CBA) and YMER are preferred

Good understanding of telecommunication OSS/NMS system, O&M product system design experience is preferred

Proficient in IP and Ethernet services, like L2/L3 VPN, E-Line/E-LAN, MPLS-TP, IP/MPLS, RSTP, ERP, etc

Good insight of the new technology of SDN, Cloud, Big Data and Orchestration

Ability to manage complexity and able to simplify, abstract and articulate.

Quick learner and ability to quickly grasp and digest large amount of information.

Excellent interpersonal communication skills with the ability to deal with people at all levels and comfortable in cross-cultural environment.

Self motivated and able to work both independently and in collaboration with other technologists at all levels.

Proficiency in English both verbally and in writing is a must.
