The candidate will be involved in Agile team on development work of Company IP Transport Network Management System.

The successful candidate will work within cross function team to understand the product requirements and get effectively involved in all aspects of design document, implementation specification, coding and feature testing.

The successful candidate will be responsible for:

·    Working with his/her team to understand system requirements and behavior

·    System and Software related documents writing and reviewing

·    Participate in technical reviews for own or others work

·    Coding, unit test and feature test

·    Ensure that the product meets the specifications

·    Working with cross functional teams to identify quality risk in time to assure the project schedule and quality goals are met

 

·    Strong knowledge of JEE environment and experience with EJB, Seam and JMS in general

·    Practical knowledge of best coding/design practices and patterns, optimizations, scaling and clustering

·    Hands-on experience with at least one major JEE application server is required (JBoss is an advantage). Basic configuration and administration, deployment and optimization.

·    Working knowledge on Middleware on RMI, JMS, CORBA, Web Services, Sockets implementation in Java, Clustering Techniques

·    Knowledge of JMX, RMI, JCA, JPA, JTA, SQL, JEE security

·    Knowledge of web GUI technologies

·    Strong software design background in OAM system is recommended.

·    Database knowledge on JPA, Hibernate, Relational Database of PostgreSQL and MySQL / MySQL Cluster

·    Good understanding of Modeling and Model Driven Approaches, like UML, Rational Software Architect, Design Patterns, MDD/MDA

·    Hands-on experience on shell programming or scripting

·    Linux system development

·    Familiarity with continuous integration tools and techniques such as:

·    Junit, GIT, Jenkins, and / or Sonar

·    Solid knowledge on Ethernet Transport network and IP routing protocols, MPLS, L2/L3 VPN;MPLS-TP, LAG knowledge and hands on experience.

·    TMF/3GPP Information Model knowledge

·    Excellent communications skills and stakeholder management capability

·    Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English

·    Working knowledge of Agile and Streamline software development methodologies

·    Strong team player, solid work ethic, having a passion to meet and exceed in assigned tasks and to deliver on time

·    Highly motivated, fast learner, with positive attitude and capable of adapting to change and continuous improvement
