RESPONSIBILITY
l Responsible for Company RBS product radio design, verification and maintenance
l Design/maintain work to meet project requirement
l Follow Company design and daily work process/procedure
l To carry out effectively and efficiently for all the activities
l Keep study continuously to maintain competition level
l Support production when needed
l Support manager¡¯s work
Your responsibilities will include but not be limited to:
l Theory analysis and simulation for radio design.
l Verify radio performance
l Tuning and optimize radio performance
QUALIFICATION
l M.S degree or above, major in Microwave, wireless communication or equivalent
l Fluent in English/Chinese speaking and excellent in English/Chinese writing
l Working on Radio HW design more than 3 years
l Solid knowledge in microwave and electromagnetic field, experiences on Radio HW design like: transceiver design, PLL design, etc.
l Good knowledge of Wireless Communication systems.
l Familiarity of Radio Simulation SW such as ADS, HFSS
l Strong communication skill and team work spirit
l Comprehensive knowledge of technologies
l Initiative and positive personal personality
