Compnay (China) is looking for Strategic Sourcing Managers who are open-minded and have strong leadership potential. The position belongs to Compnay Sourcing NEA (North East Asia) unit, which is coming into a rapid expansion by taking more global responsibilities.

 

The Strategic Sourcing Managers will lead tender and bid process to select the best suppliers for Compnay R&D (Research and Development) organizations in different regions, focus on commercial aspects including contract negotiation and business models and have extensive contact with Compnay and supplier’s senior management team. The Strategic Sourcing Managers will also support Special Procurement Project Team from Compnay Headquarters. The key to success in this position is to ensure the projects’ execution on time and effective communication within the project teams.

 

By and large, Compnay is in great need of a team of professional Strategic Sourcing managers to achieve more business value.

 

Lead various tenders and bids projects

Support global R&D units;

Manage supplier relationship and implement Compnay strategy;

Lead business review meetings with suppliers.

 

2-3 years working experience from Sourcing, Sales, R&D or related areas.

Master degree of top level Universities, Engineering, Supply and Business related majors are a plus;

Excellent English language skill, especially in speaking & writing;

Able to lead an international project team;

Project management experience is a plus.
