l   Provide strong technical leadership in building AV solutions that has extensibility, testability and maintainability.

l   Design, develop and timely deliver high quality platform code.

l   Partner with PM and test teams as well as relevant Microsoft groups to deliver solutions from concept to delivery.

l   Contribute to feature, design, and code reviews.

 

l   Minimum of 5+ years developing rich product features, functionality, and/or infrastructure

l   Passion for engineering excellence and quality in code & design

l   Strong design and coding skills, with proficiency C++ and C#.

l   Strong debugging, troubleshooting, and diagnostic skills.

l   Good collaboration and communication skills, both written and verbal.

l   Experience with AV background and networking skills (e.g. MPEG 2 TS, MP4, Smooth Streaming, HLS, CDNs, HTTP, TCP/IP, DNS) is a big plus.

l   Track record delivering features and functionality on schedule, at high quality.

l   BA/BS degree in Computer Science, Engineering or related discipline.
