Senior I&V Engineer for NDO IPOS

Description
l NDO IP OS Beijing is responsible for delivering IP Operation System Platforms and Company Routing system as a common component to various stakeholders.
l Participate in requirement definition together with people from System team
l Responsible for define and deployment of e2e test strategy
l Responsible for testing activities (feature, regression, system, conformance and IOT test and automation) to secure feature and product quality before delivery
l Participate in test plan, test case and automation scripts review
l Responsible for setup, optimization and maintenance of test environment
l Proactively and continuously drive the improvement of test effectiveness and efficiency
l Efficiently communicate with engineers from other teams in China and other countries
Qualifications
l M.Sc. or B.Sc in Computer Science or telecommunication engineering or related discipline
l 5+ years relative working experiences
l Rich knowledge of QA testing methodologies and experience in performing various testing activities like Sanity, Functional, System, Regression, Acceptance, Stress, Performance and Scalability, I&V team lead experience will be plus.
l Deep understanding of Automation infrastructure and Perl&JAVA scripting skills
l Very good knowledge of Router/Switch architecture and L2 and L3 protocols
l Experience in using Traffic Generating tools like IXIA and packet sniffing tools like Ethereal and Wireshark
l Experience in testing features using CLI, NetConf and SNMP (knowledge on other standard interfaces preferred) is a plus
l Be flexible to take challenges with passion
l Very good technical communication and presentation skills, both in Chinese and English
l Must be self-motivated, good team player; be able to work cohesively within the team and across global teams to accomplish results
