Describe the overall nature and purpose of the job as it exists today.

The role of Test Project Manager of Beijing & ODM, will be responsible to plan and co-ordinate the overall product testing activities, provide test status; control test budget etc for Beijing & ODM Product.

 

1. Test Project Management during the whole lifecycle (including but not limited only, such as planning (budget/resource/training/risk etc), project monitor and control, test result/report and analysis etc )

2. Budget/cost  related summary and analysis

3. Function line support management, such as ODM supplier audit, test team competence improvement etc.

4. Process improvement contribution

 

1. 8+ years prior experience from working in mobile phones industry. Knowledge around Test Project Management for Mobile Phones is required. At least 3 years experience needed as a Project Manager

2. Strong Analytical skills and Be customer focused. Be able to work under pressure, and willing to take responsibility

3. Team player but yet independent and mature and very good and demonstrated ability to communicate.
